Limitations of the Palm

There may be some limitations when converting from a full CRM software program to the Palm.

• The Calendar does not automatically link to the Contact, so when entering an appointment, always specify Who it is with.

• The Palm can have up to 15 Categories, so pick the top 15 groups you would like to convert
  This is because the Palm screen is only about 15 rows high.
  Note this limit may be overcome in future versions.  Please see Google on this

• The Category names can be up to 15 characters, so you may need to shorten your group names
