ACT! allows you to create duplicate field names in Groups. Notice that there are two Friends groups. The first one has 6 contacts.
The other Friends group has 2 contacts, Chris Huffman and David Davis.
After running ACTGroup with the Group DeDupe option, you see only one Friends group, and the 8 contact names are combined.
