Rick has been an ACT! Certified Consultant from 1992 - 2001. He is one of the few to pass both the DOS ACC exam (1992), and the Windows ACC exam (2001).
Rick has been a part of the Washington ACT! community since 1992, developing sales force automation solutions for a wide range of companies and organizations. Rick started out as a salesperson. Before discovering ACT!, he created SalesTrak, his own contact management system in dBase. So, he knows where you are coming from, your needs, and challenges.
He has helped ACT! clients both nationwide, and internationally. He is also active in the Washington DC ACT! Users Group.
