I tried to include 1 minute segment from Oprah's show (about TM based Maharishi School in Fairfield Iowa) in my 1 hour video and it showed "Includes copyrighted content". I tried adding background music and no sound at all. Still marked with a strike. So sound did not seem to be the key factor. It waa visual. I tried making the video black and white, inverted, mirrored, tilted, smaller, larger, and added noise. But it still was marked. Finally I made frame captures every 10 seconds or so, and linked them together with the original sound, and it has no "copyrighted content" now. It gives good enough the idea of Oprah's segment.
