We don't repair drives, only in the Service Center in
CA they can try, but we only replace or recover if
under warranty, and your drive's warranty ended in
2016. I would love to recommend but we are unable as
there is no information that we can share to our
customers, but you can search the best hard drive
recovery labs and you will see plenty of them, you
only need to get well informed
