What did you like most about the course or project?: 

Rick was very skilled in aligning his solutions to our needs and expectations. 
He asked probing questions to be certain that he both understood the problem 
and was clear about what we would consider a satisfying outcome.  

His knowledge of ACT provided us with shortcuts that we had not been using, 
saving us considerable time and money.    

He helped us beyond the reasonable boundaries of a consultant, and assisted us 
in setting up helpful templates.  We always felt that our project was very special.  
Both Rick and his staff provided excellent customer service.  The invoices from 
his office were always sent very promtly, which assisted in my record-keeping. 
 
Rick was prompt in returning phone calls.  His calm manner was comforting when 
potential problems arose, and we always look forward to his coming to our office. 

What areas do you think could be improved?: 
I have no suggestions for improvement.
