• Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - Rick performed weeks of database consulting and training at this base near Seattle Washington.
• U.S. Naval Air Test Center in Patuxent River - Rick and other CIC instructors provided for a multi-year contract to teach hundreds of courses to over 1000 civilian and enlisted staff in popular microcomputer software U.S. Navy personnel since 1987.
• Navy Accounting and Finance Center - Rick provided database consulting and instruction
• Navy Federal Credit Union - Rick performed computer training classes in Microsoft Office
• Navy Headquarters Information Center - Rick gave Enable training in 1988
• King's Bay Naval Submarine Base - Rick provided database training to the civilian staff of the Kings Bay, Georgia
• Navy Medical Research Institute - Rick created an Access database and provided training for the Navy Research Lab to integrate with Walter Reed Army Institute of Research
• Navy Computer & Telecommuncation Stations - Rick provided FoxPro training
• Navy Yard - Washington DC - Rick provided communications consulting and technology, including videophones
• CIC has also trained staff in microcomputer software at the Headquarters US Marine Corps near the Pentagon.
