While on the road, it is sometimes difficult for Tour Managers to quickly find qualified consultants during their short stay in a city. This is why the on-line, and in-box lists of Certified Consultants for ACT! and Microsoft products are so valuable.
While working on the computer, Rick and Frank had the opportunity to meet Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, and Ron Wood back stage as they prepared for their concert. Mr. Hernandez introduced Rick as the "Wizard of Computers." When Rick and Frank finished the project, Mr. Hernandez paid them more than asked, and best of all - gave them front row passes for the Rolling Stones concert that evening.
