Providing professional training, consulting, and implementation for Windows NT, Banyan, Novell, and TCP/IP networking. Providing network design and classroom instruction utilizing various network architectures. Certification includes: Certified Banyan Instructor and Certified Banyan Engineer. Completed all courseware needed for the Microsoft Certified Trainer credential.
Course Delivery consists of UNIX, TCP/IP, Data Communications, Certified and customized Banyan Basic and Advanced Administration and Problem Solving VINES Networks. Also developed customized courseware for administrative and user training for network operating software, software applications, TCP/IP and data communications.
1985-1989
Provided system administration and post sale support functions on client server computer systems. Network architecture consisted of workstations, PCs and multiple file servers utilizing a modified XNS and netbios protocol. Application training consisted of word processing, spreadsheets, tailorable asynchronous communications and various IBM SNA capabilities.
