implemented an XML based system to collect data in any arbitrary format, converting it to
intermediate layers of XML structure followed by populating SQL Server database. Designed and implemented a Visual Basic
application to automate processing of returned email, by identifying delivery problems and
automatically generating and dispatching reports to alert the overseeing personnel.
