For example, notice in the screen below for a Medical Center. The data has been brought in to Access from Q&A. The Activity field in Q&A entered the Date plus the initials of the doctor who checked the medical equipment. Each checking was added to the end of the paragraph. We rearranged the data so that it is in a subform for Activity. Now, each checking session has its own row. This makes it much easier for the medical staff to search and sort the data.
Note that 03-19-01 CH; CHECKED. (NEW) is now in its own row in the data sheet section below. The "paragraph style" Activity field is there as a "double check" and can be removed from the screen.
