We must have a Customer entered first, for sending them a Refund.
For example, if they returned a product, or
if they are a tenant moving out, for a security deposit refund.
If you are sending a check through BillPay,
be sure Address, Print Check As, Account, and Phone are filled in properly.
1. Get in NetSuite 2. Find the Customer 3. Click on Cases, Other Transactions, Cash Refund, then New 4. Enter the Customer's name 5. Enter Check or select Bill Pay 6. Submit Proceed to: Bill Pay, then Approve Payments
