Consultants and Instructors

We at the Idon Group assembled the premier computer training staff in the Miami Florida area. Each instructor brings to the classroom practical business experience with the software they teach. Not only are they knowledgeable, they also communicate what they know with a patient and sensitive approach. Our primary concern is that the student completely understand the topics covered in class.

The Idon Group closely monitors customer evaluations at the end of a project, or student evaluations at the end of every class. They invariably rate our consultants at a 9 or 10 on a 10 point scale. Office Staff:

Nathan Schor - President, Nathan graduated summa cum laude from Boston College. He is an ACT! Certified Consultant. He also speaks Russian and Spanish. He toured worldwide, teaching database management for Ashton-Tate, including Moscow. He is an active member of the ACT! Users Group in Miami. He also teaches courses nationwide on the Palm Pilot.

Rick Shaddock - Vice President, Rick holds a masters degree in education and a bachelors in liberal arts. An active member of computer users groups and a sought after speaker, he is the founder of the CPCUG Access Users Group and and co-founder of the CPCUG FoxPro User Group. Expert on database programming in a Local Area Network environment, he also teaches courses nationwide on the HP Palmtop Computer and Psion pocket computer. He has been teaching since 1985 to students from US Government agencies, major corporations, and diplomats, and ordinary users.

Diana Rasmussen - Marketing Assistant. Keeps in contact with clients. Schedules classes. Organizes promotions and advertising. Also instructs in ACT! for marketing.

George Soutar - Treasurer. George oversees bookkeeping, finances, and handles taxes. He's an expert in Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, Quattro, and Peachtree.

Training and Consulting Staff:

Eydie DeVincenzi - Expert in Project Management software, and all popular software. She was the head of the Trainer's division of the Capital PC Users Group. Eydie has been teaching since 1980.

L. J. Grey - An network expert, L.J. is a Certified Banyan Instructor and Certified Banyan Engineer. She has taught a number of courses involving UNIX, TCP/IP, Data Communications, network administration, and problem solving VINES networks. L. J. is an expert in Norton Administrator. L.J. provides professional consulting and training at locations anywhere in the United States.

David Luehring - With over eight years in the computer systems and Information Technology arena, Dave has spent the last six years as a training manager and instructor in the personal computer training field. Dave has conducted training to thousands of students in many Windows and DOS applications, met with clients to determine training needs and has authored several training manuals.

Marje Palmieri - Senior Programmer/Analyst and Instructor. Professional data processing experience since 1979. Major focus on applications design and development. Teaches Access, FoxPro and Visual Basic courses at the Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Consistently receives high evaluations from students on knowledge, ability to communicate abstract concepts, patience, and humor.

George Patton, PhD (Stanford); MS Statistics (Stanford), BS (Illinois Institute of Technology). Professorial lecturer on Project Management Methodology at George Washington University. Expert in Microsoft Project, TimeLine, Prima Vera.

Ana Vlalukin - Ms. Vlalukin has been providing professional experience in PC software user support, training and curriculum development since 1987. She has developed extensive course materials for DOS and Windows programs and documentation for specialty client programs. She is an experienced trainer in Windows, Access, Excel, Project, Word and WordPerfect. She is a database applications developer in Access and Q&A.
