ASEA ordering Procedures and information
Note: If it is points you need, order as an associate, if it is money you need,
order as a preferred customer. (autoship required)
A. When talking to a customer, tell them there are two ways to order:
1. Retail
a. costs 150.00 per case
b. You get 100 points for this. (your entire PV requirement)
2. Wholesale
a. costs 120 per case
b. you get 50 points for this (1/2 your monthly PV requirement) plus 25.00
c. they have to go on autoship (but can easily cancel..and with our trick, no
need to worry about remembering to call)
B. How to order:
1. If they want to be on autoship
a.. enter them as a preferred customer, order using their credit card, have it
shipped to their address.
2. If they say “no, I don’t want autoship, I just want to try it:”, say fine,
then:
a. go into your preferred customer account
b. order a case for them with their card and address.
c. if you DON’T need your autoorder, you can call in and have them move your
auto-order up one month because this order just covered your auto-order
requirement for the month.
C. Points:
1. PV= personal volume points. These come from anything you order..for yourself
or your customers
2. GV=Group volume points. (10% of what those under you order)
D. Ordering 10 cases
1. If need points, order as an associate
a. 800 points
b. $960 for 10, = $96.00/case,
2.If need money, order as preferred customer
a. 400 points
b..$960 for 10 cases, minus $200.00 cash back, = $760 for 10 or $76.00 /case.
E. Enrolling people
1. Go to website and under Geneology, and choose Graphical Geneology
2. Select which leg you want them to be under
3. Follow the steps after that.
a. note: best to do the 4 pack, as it is a better deal than the 8 pack. Then
just order 10 cases separately.
4. Train them by going over website with them, etc.
