A complete list of specifications for outcomes must be signed off by the client before the consulting begins. An estimate of time will be provided by CIC to the client. CIC must complete all requirements within the amount quoted, and program must run as requested.
A list of goals and outcomes should be stated by the client before the consulting begins. Due to the unknowns involved, a specific time and guaranteed outcome cannot be given. The time is billable on an hourly basis for a long as the client gives the continued go-ahead, based on periodic satisfactory progress reports.
CIC agrees to provide a realistic estimate for the hours necessary to complete a database conversion or cleanup project and to provide the best possible service for those hours to make the database into a more useful form for the client.

A list of course objectives is made available prior to the class. Students must be satisfied that they can complete all objectives, and understand all topics of the course, or they may re-take the class at no additional charge.
If an item is found to be defective within 10 days, it will be replaced at no charge. Products purchased may be returned in resellable condition within 30 days for a full refund.
1. All guarantees from CIC assume cooperation, prompt payment, and reasonable working conditions from the client.
2. Clients may call with questions any time after receiving Consulting, Programming, Training, or purchasing Merchandise. If it is a question of more than 10 minutes or so, please recognize that it would start to fall under the category of billable consulting.
