- Navy Medical Research Institute - Rick created an Access database and provided training for
the Navy Research Lab to integrate with Walter Reed Army Institute of Research

- Navy Yard - Washington DC - Rick provided communications consulting

- CIC has also trained staff in microcomputer software at the
Headquarters US Marine Corps near the

Mrs. Gloris Shaddock and aunt Helen Shaddock were WAVES during WWII
with top secret security clearance
