ACT! Group Sync Count

>We have several sales representatives synchronizing from their laptops to a central ACT! machine, but the counts of the records for their groups do not match.  What is going on?

Here are some considerations that may be throwing off the count.

 

Suggestions:

Make the Record manager the Rep.  Every record in the Rep's should have his name as the Record Manager, except for his fellow Reps (who will be their own record manager or the Sales Manager's)
