When I go into ACT the first company record is ok, however additional records/contacts from the same company contain a duplicate record link for example: ABC Company Joe Smith ABC Company-Duplicate1ac245ff-4c9b- etc.......... ABC Company-Duplicate 1ac24cyy-3ca0-etc.... The only waythat I have forund to remove this link is to physically go into each record and click on the drop down box. This is not a feasible option since I have several thousand records. Has any body run into this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
